Challenge
The owner has a lot of great ideas and even a greater pace, which makes understanding wishes and needs difficult.
Solution
Bold designs in black and white. The restaurant is colorful and artsy, so narrowing down the designs made sense. And it is cheaper and easier to maintain, which is practical because the menu changes quite frequently.
