Tour Three Six Six
Helsinki 2016
Task
Free artworks based on a straightforward challenge; draw one picture every day for the whole 2016. Similar projects have been achieved before by numerous artists. I ventured to see where a project like this would lead me.
Challenge
On the 1st of January, 2016, I sat down and stared at a blank paper for hours. At this moment I realised that I’m not only creating pictures, but producing a visual diary. I also understood that I needed to create an audience and Facebook felt like the best approach. What was suprisingly challenging was the documentation, capturing the work with my phone.
Solution
I was surprised that I did not continue drawing on my spare time. When the project finally was over, I stopped as well.

In Mars 2017 I had a solo exhibition where I exposed every single artwork. The gallery used to be a garage and a warehouse, so weeks of preparation had to be done.
